We collect NPI from the following sources:

• Information received from our customers on applications, forms and in other communications to us, whether in writing, in person, by telephone, by email, online, or any other means;

• Information about customer transactions with our firm, its affiliates, or others; and

• Information received from a consumer reporting agency

 

We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your NPI in compliance with federal and state law.
